PURCHASE AND RETURN POLICY
GALACTICA ECLIPSE EXPERIENCE 2026

1. GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS

Tickets purchased are personal and non-transferable. The ticket holder must present official identification upon entry to the venue. Ticket resale is prohibited.

The ticket price is final. No handling fees or additional charges apply under any circumstances.

The contract covers access to the venue, the program of lectures, and the cultural, scientific, and educational activities of the event. Eclipse viewing is not included in the guaranteed service.

The purchase of tickets for this event is excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.


2. WEATHER CONDITIONS AND VISIBILITY OF THE ECLIPSE

The visibility of the eclipse is a natural condition that cannot be guaranteed and is beyond the control of the organization.

The event is conceived as a cultural, scientific and educational experience whose celebration is independent of weather conditions.

In the event that the eclipse cannot be observed totally or partially due to weather conditions (cloudiness, rain, fog or others), the event will proceed as normal and no refund, compensation or discount will be issued.

The assistant expressly accepts this condition at the time of purchase.


3. REFUND CASES

The regulations in force in Aragon regarding public shows and consumption will be applied.

The following scenarios are considered:

– Total cancellation of the event by the organizer: full refund of the amount.
– Suspension due to force majeure or by administrative order: full refund.
– Substantial change of date or location: refund if the attendee does not accept the new conditions.
– Personal decision not to attend: no refund is due.
– Minor programming changes: no refund is due.
– If the eclipse is not visible due to weather conditions: no refund is due.


4. REFUND PROCESS

If a refund is applicable:

– The organization will officially report the incident.
– The holder must request the refund within the established deadlines.
– Ticket ownership will be verified.
– The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 business days.


5. MONEY-BACK INSURANCE

Currently, the event does not include refund insurance. Purchasing this type of insurance is not mandatory, although its implementation as an optional additional service may be considered at later stages.
